Cade Barone

Cade Barone is a Texas A&M Class of 2025 Business – Entrepreneurial Leadership graduate and a real estate professional. From Boerne, Texas (born in San Antonio), Cade now resides in Dallas but still plays out of his hometown roots. Standing 5'10" and 190 lbs, the 23-year-old is one of the most accomplished players in The Maroon Masters field. Cade made his debut in 2024 at Pinehurst and immediately made his mark — he has won the Maroon Masters in both 2024 and 2025, along with three total top-3 finishes. Currently ranked 3rd in the group, he brings proven winning experience and strong competitive ability to every match. Before transferring to Texas A&M, Cade also played golf at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB). He is the son of Shelly Vaughn and Derek Barone. As a back-to-back champion, Cade will be the player to beat as he looks to continue his dominance this year at Mission Hills Country Club.
