Hugo Moebel

Hugo Moebel is a 23-year-old Texas A&M graduate who is currently a graduate student at Texas Tech, working toward his goal of attending medical school. The 6'4" Dallas native now resides in Lubbock but continues to represent his hometown when he plays. Hugo made his Maroon Masters debut in 2025 at Mission Hills Country Club and currently ranks 12th in the competitive field. As a tall, athletic amateur, he brings a unique presence to the match play format. Known for his academic drive and ambition, Hugo balances a rigorous graduate workload with his passion for golf. He is determined to make a stronger impact in this year's tournament while chasing his dream of medical school.
